What is your return or exchange policy?

We don’t accept returns on the equipment once purchased or installed. Purchased equipment belongs to the customer. We always check equipment for defects after installation. We never leave defective equipment in place. We give a 24 hour warranty on all installed equipment. After 24 hours all installed equipment is not replaceable without the customer purchasing new equipment and paying for the removal and installation of the new equipment. We will exchange equipment deemed defective within 24 hours as long as the defects were not created by the customer.

What type of payments do you accept?

Acceptable payments: We take United States Currency, United States Postal MoneyOrders, Business Checks,and Personal Checks. We use PayPal to accept credit cards, bank transfers, and debit cards. Our customers can pay instantly, even without a PayPal account.

Do you charge a travel or trip fee?

Yes, we charge a $65.00 fee per trip to complete the required installation of all equipment purchased unless other agreements have been made in writing.

What is our shipping policy?

Shipping of equipment: We do not ship any equipment to the customers. We deliver all items and equipment with one of our Cable Broadband & Telecommunications professionals.
